Can all paper be recycled ?

Paper products like books, hygienic products, soiled food packaging etc. etc. cannot be recovered for recycling.

Nevertheless more than 55% of all paper and board used in Europe is recovered and recycled and more than 50% of the basic fibre material for European paper and board production is recovered paper.
