In which ways can paper be printed ?

• All existing methods can be used for printing on paper, i.e. rotogravure, offset, flexography, letterpress, silk screen, rotation screen and digital to mention the main ones.
• For certain printing methods the paper and/or its surface has to be specially adapted. For example: the best results in rotogravure printing are achieved with paper that has a very smooth, preferably clay-coated, surface.
